Welcome to MY tribute Molineux
Hello Web Surfer!, I am David Kirby.I am Multimedia student and fanatic of Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. I am currently 160 miles South of Molineux in a
beautful part of South Devon.
Coming from a family from the Midlands it is so hard to convey just how good the Wolves are in
just a short sentance. The only word
I can think of is Spectacular. A spectacular stadium with beautiful football.
In my opinion all Man Utd fans
should be given Psychiatric help...... One day there will be a downfall to Man Utd's
success too. I believe that the
downfall has started and I intend
to make sure that it finishes
with the likes of Man Utd at
the bottom of the football league
where they belong. Wolves will
reign supreme and Roy Keane will be
unheard of, other than on
encyclopedias and vocabularies,
where you will find
his picture near the words
"idiot of the year" and
"overpayed pratt".
The Wolfcry will be heard.
Did you know that Wolves beat
Man Utd 9-1 at Molineux in 1967?

How do you know if you are a true Wolves fan?Symptoms of a Wolves supporter:
Growing of sharp wolf-like teeth
pretruding from the gums, severe
hatred towards man utd supporters,
aggressive behaviour at the sight
of Roy Keane, shouting of verbal
abuse to away supporters, possible
G.B.H. upon Man Utd supporters,
strong belief that Wolves will
be the Premier league champions some
day. Live the dream...I am

Molineux

The History of Molineux 1889-1989
The Molineux family first came to England with Isabella of France, wife of Edward 11 in 1307, at a time when the Flemish wool-workers were frequenting this country teaching the British their trade!
They chose to reside in Wolverhampton, and occupied a mansion (which they called Molineux house) near the town centre. Wolverhampton was then an important wool town and as time progressed, so did Wolverhampton itself, and it became famous throughout Europe. Dave's Pub Guide on matchday

Welcome to Wolfcry! a shrine dedicated to Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C.

Molineux is the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. When Sir Jack Hayward took over the club in May 1990, molineux had major redevelopment to turn it into today's modern stadium that was opened by HM the Queen in 1994. It now has four stands named after Billy Wright, Stan Cullis, Jack Harris and John Ireland with room in each corner for more development.Molineux has been home to Wolverhampton Wanderers since 1889. From its early days of dirt banks, it saw development in the 20s and mid-30s to a stadium that was famous throughout football. It comprised of the massive South Bank, the North Bank beloved by home supporters, the distinctive Molineux Street Stand, and the Waterloo Road Stand which housed the club offices and changing rooms. The stadium stayed much the same for over 40 years, and then in 1979. the John Ireland Stand replaced the old Molineux Street fixture. As well as providing unobstructed views for 28,500 seated supporters, Molineux has 42 executive boxes in the John Ireland and 18 executive suites in the Billy Wright Stand. The club offices and changing rooms are in the Billy Wright Stand, along with press and photography rooms, radio studio,a Conference and Banqueting Centre, private lounges for the Executive Club, Captain's Club and President's Club, and Sir Jack's - a top class restaurant where diners can look out onto the Molineux pitch.
